Hi Agung you're are not the only person who has fallen for this trap. Unfortunately you can not chain home directories using this technique. Comment #15 in this article mentions this as well.
<em>ChrootDirectory
Specifies a path to chroot(2) to after authentication. This path, and all its components, <strong>must be root-owned directories that are not writable by any other user or group</strong>.</em>
User home directories do not meet this requirement.
