Sorry for the late response, I have been away from the computer for the past couple of weeks.
If your filezilla can not connect to your server it seems it believes there is a network connection error between your computer and the server. Is your server on a local network or on a remote network? Can you connect to it using other SSH tools like PSFTP that is included in Putty? http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/
